I’m on a diet – all of them.

'Tis the season for overeating! Being a "foodie", this season is a plus, but also presents a challenge. It's widely reported that most Americans gain weight between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. Extra weight is not only hard on our organs, it's also hard on our joints.

I need to get a few pounds off before the heavy eating season truly begins. Tasty food is so much of what we do, and I love it, too. In the meantime, I’m considering:

Never mind… I think I’ll just eat less and exercise more, lift weights, stretch and go to the chiropractor.
