“SMH”

My friend texted me the abbreviation “SMH” not long ago, and I finally googled it and found out what it means.  It’s short for “shaking my head” and it implies disappointment, frustration, disapproval or impatience. We’ve all been doing a lot of SMH lately and will continue to do so for a while.

COVID-19 is a terrible thing, but the grotesque, counter-productive, disgraceful political partisanship that relentlessly influences every public policy decision is a plaque in and of itself.  *SMH*

Speaking of shaking your head-- it’s connected to your neckbone, and your neck bone is connected to your backbone, and your backbone's connected to your tailbone… etc.  you get the picture.

In case you didn’t know, chiropractic has been improving the quality of life for patients since 1895. There is not an effective drug or surgery for the vast majority of spinal conditions. Chiropractors care for patients of all ages and as an essential component to the healthcare delivery system can help keep patients out of high-risk physician’s offices and emergency rooms.

I will continue to be here for you, delivering the best chiropractic care that I can. In the meantime, Life is Short. Enjoy It!

Stay well adjusted,

Dr. Dan Kammer
